Sure can. The first car I learned how drive was my mom's Ford Pinto. I think everyone should know how to drive a standard. You never know when it might come in handy.

if it has wheels under it I can drive it . Standard shift or a 22 speed road ranger or my 5 speed chevy.

My Uncle taught me how to drive on an old 6 cylinder Ford Van with "Three on the Tree." (it seemed a whole lot cooler after he called it that)

Yes. I had a Mazda wankel engine car with stick shift. That was years ago and it got the best mileage of any car I have ever owned.

A standard what? Transmission or anatomy or accessorized car................I've driven both a standard transmission and a standard accessorized car. As for the anatomy........maybe I've driven a standard one or two of those also.
