My uterus is tilted back, and so's my mom's, and so's my grandmothers, and all my aunts and female cousins. It's a genetic thing. Although we were all told we might have more trouble getting pregnant, that wasn't the case. We've all had no trouble getting pregnant, all have had vaginal deliveries (well, I haven't had my baby yet, but all the rest of them did), and all "showed" the pregnancy normally. When i asked my doctor about if it was a problem, he said, "Are you left handed or right handed?" I said right, not seeing the connection, and he said, "It makes about the same amount of difference as which hand you use." My doctor says that through the course of your pregnancy the weight of the fetus and increasing size of the uterus put it on a more normal, forward position. Here's hoping for a happy, healthy pregnancy for you!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

My sister's is tilted. She has had 2 miscarriages. Her pregnancy with my nephew was VERY hard. He came 5 wks early. She is currently pregnant again and this has been a very easy pregnancy.
So, I really don't know how much it will affect you. Every woman and every pregnancy is different.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/51901

As a rule, it makes no difference at all. I had a retrograde uterus, and had a perfectly ordinary pregnancy and delivery :-)

It won't. Technically, that should have made it harder for you to get pregnant but it never seems to work that way.
Walk a lot and your child will drop better.
Congratulations!
