I went on a very low calorie diet for about 3 months i took in between 400 and 600 calories a day, I lost 41 pounds. Before i went on that diet i felt fine i had no problems, And one day a pain that felt like a heart attack woke me up out of my sleep, This happend about 6 times, The doctor thinks that it is my galbladder from rapid weight loss. I haven't done the tests because i have no insurance and i want to wait. Ever since then i feel like there is something not right with me, I don't feel normal i always have a headache, I am so tired all the time even with a good night sleep, I am a hypocondriact to some degree, But it seems like it has gotten worse since the pain has started now i go to bed everynight thinking i wont wake up. Thinking that i am going to die. Could this all just be in my head? and where my thoughts are always focused on whats wrong my body is making me feel this way?

I just want to encourage you to eat the proper amount of calories and be happy with a slower rate of weight loss. Your body will feel wonderful if you eat the right amount for your weight. The consequences arent worth the quick weight loss. The great thing is that you can start to give your body enough nutrition today. I would use your Dr. as a guide. I think the main thing is that you need a little more "food energy". Good luck to you. I hope you are feeling better soon.

This could be all in your head...but with such rapid weight loss you probably put a lot of impact on your body. Usually while dieting people would suggest a 2000 or 4000 daily calorie diet. Then its not so much of a shock on your body. You should probably stop dieting so dramatically for a little while and defiantly take those tests.

Here's the thing, it MIGHT be all in your head. But what is if somethings really wrong with you body?

Best to take those tests now and be confident with your all health if you're fine. If they find out you need treatment, better to do it as early as possible to avoid complications.

It is NOT in your head.

Try to slowly increase your calorie intake to about 1200 per day, and make sure you are getting proper nutrition.

Frankly, from my personal experience, the more rapidly you loose weight, the easier it is to gain it all back.

Forget about the insurance you really need to go to the doctor and get your gall bladder checked. It can be very dangerous to lose weight that fast and can cause serious issues. Go get it checked! Don't wait!
