I have a friend (a girl) who is turning 20 tomorrow. What are some ideas for what to get for her? I'm 28, so it's been awhile since I was 20... I have no idea... HELP!

well it's kind of hard to say since we don't know this girl. What are her likes and dislikes? Is she single, dating, married? Does she have kids yet? There are a lot of things we don't know, so if you want a personal gift, sorry, can't help you. However, off the top of my head I'd say buy her a gift certificate to her favorite clothing store. Then go shopping with her and treat her to lunch!

the spa thing is great. get her hair done too. but make sure it doesnt look like crap. remember WEAVES are your friend. and nothing is more unattractive than a streaky highlight

what are her hobbies?what kind of books does she read?what music does she listen to?does she have a favorite basketball/football team?get what shes interested in.

have a color photo of her blown-up to lifesize, using photo paper.
mount it on a cardboard and cut it out.
she'll be delighted to see a duplicate of her standing by.
