At the bottom of the e-mail or near the bottom, there should be a thing that says something like "if you wish to no longer recieve emails from us click here" or "click here to unsubscribe" usually there is something that will say something like that and will have a link to unsubscribe. If you can't find it or there isn't one. Email them and tell them.

Welcome to the wonderful world of SPAM. And it sounds like HEAVY SPAM at that.

I was getting flooded with the stuff myself and found that just changing my email by adding a couple of digits to the "name" portion, and notifying all of my friends in my address book that I was going to do so, has eliminated ALL the SPAM (for now anyway). This was definitely something worth doing. It's SO nice to sign in every day and see a nice, clean, email inbox with just mail from people I know.

And the SPAMMERS? They're no doubt still trying to get thru to my old address. But I could care less, since I no longer have that email account downloading messages anymore. I could care less. In fact, I'm sitting here smiling now because more than likely my ISP is bouncing their messages back to them informing them that the email address they tried sending mail to no longer exists. So I'M now flooding THEIR email provider with reject notes! COOL!

And as complex as it might sound, it took hardly no time at all for my friends to get used to my new email address (most of the time they just click to add it to their address books anyway).

Good luck.

Have a look at the bottom of the email - there is usually an unsubscribe link
