Keep your values and get your degree by earning it. Your patients will thank you for both and you will be able to sleep better. People who don't take shortcuts in life are the ones who really succeed. You don't know what course these other peoples' lives are taking. Chances are if they are cheating their way through med school, you can fast forward right to the part where they lose everything in a malpractice suit.

So being successful in your life, means being successful in YOUR life, and being successful in your LIFE. Not being a successful physician, or being a favored bank customer, or a willing taxpayer, or a very proud homeowner, it means staying true to the course of setting your own standards, and goals, and having a life outside your work...and being a happy person, doing well by others, and earning your rewards honestly. When you live with principles, everything about material success either becomes less important or falls in your lap. Usually somewhere in the middle...you can have the things you want because the list is more reasonable and you know how to get them.

Very easy answer, avoid following the crowd and choose to do what YOU know is right at all costs. Success naturally follows right, though it may not always appear as so.
