Will there be any difference in results obtained if instead of using frog, mammals is used?

This experiment is used to determine effect of simple muscle twitch with temperature changes.

Yes, the results will be different. Mammals are warm blooded, they're muscles are not as well adapted to working at lower temperatures like amphibians are.
