I was successful for 8 days eating only fruit & vegs until the day I was scheduled to weight in. I gave in & ate fast food fish, apple strudle, a whole bag of chocolates, plus another 1/2 bag of candy, etc. Though I knew I had already achieved my weight loss goal for the week, & I could get away with eating like that. But still, why not go the full 9 days as planned & have even better success? Also, when I am supposed to get up to get ready to go places in the mornings, because I don't work til afternoons and evenings, I lay there til I have to get up - leaving ONLY ENOUGH time to get ready - and no more, constantly. Then I, of course, encounter things I didn't plan for, thus causing me to sometimes run behind schedule. I consistantly wait until the last bit of time to start a project, whether packing for vacation or practicing for a presentation I am scheduled to do & I will stay up all night preparing for it. What could it be that is causing me to repeat these sabotaging behaviors?
