It seems like the big companies like Circuit city, dell, chevrolet...none of them care if they keep your business after you've already bought something. Do they just get so greedy after they get established, or what?

Mom and Pop companies have a personal obligation to help their customers because it's their integrity on the line. The big companies only care about what is legal or not, you nerver actually meet the owners so theres no intagrety involved, it's all about "policy".I'm proof there is still some good ones left.

That is a loaded question. Many companies care and many companies don't. Here are a few companies that I've always had exceptional service with:

1. SunRocket
2. Perkins
3. Sony

Here are some exceptionally bad companies:

1. Vonage
2. AOL
3. Stamps.com
4. Verizon Wireless

Becuase we're in the technical age where the computers do everything like talk to you on the friggen phone and the people coming up in the world don't give a sh** about anyone else but themselves.

You have to realize the people helping you are working there because they have to..not because they want to....employees are dime a dozen.
People shop there because they have to for a good price...otherwise the mom and pop shops would be thriving.
