A lot of wrinkles come from sun damage. You HAVE to wear sunscreen everyday and moisturize. Aveeno has a SPF 50, oil free sunscreen that is great. I swear by it.

You have to use creams, its the only way to prevent wrinkles. I would get a good eye cream- anti-wrinkle around the eyes, a retinol based cream for the face and a good moisturizer as well..
If you dont want wrinkles, avoid the sun, wear sunscreen.. its the best defense

Eventually you will get wrinkles it is part of ageing but to keep your skin at its best try using sorbolene moisturizer it is cheap and a dermatoligist told my friends mum it is just as good as expensive creams and make sure you always have sunscreen on and a hat when going outside in the sun. Oh by the way I don't know if you smoke but smoking causes wrinkles. Another elderley lady I met had the most beautiful skin and she told me she had only ever used rosehip oil on her face and protected it from the sun.

I didn't try this but my mother in law swears by it. She told me that her sister's skin (although the sister is older than my mother in law) is so nice and wrinkle free. She said that everyday when her sister cooks lunch or dinner, she rubs vegetables on her skin. So she usually takes out two tomatoes or two onions or whatever, one for cooking and the other for her skin. It doesn't matter what kind of vegetable, as long as it's raw. If it's hard you can grind it. I also heard on a foreign TV show that ginger has so many benefits for skin and hair. Again I didn't try this but I heard the story about my mother in law's sister's skin many times. Good luck!

try some age defying creams..they really work.
not all give side effects...
sleep early, avoid stress as much as possible and
drink a lot of water..not just 8 glasses....
be happy.. stop thinking of your age..
you see sometimes psychology also takes you to the verge of having wrinkles

don't squint in the sun, wear good sunglasses. and don't screw your face up especially when you get angry cos if you do it enough, those lines will stay there. also wear a good quality sun screen and avoid the sun if you can so your skin won't age prematurely. the best moisturizer to use is vitamin E cream.
