I've heard 1 page, but the thing is that my work experience, and professional training exceed 1 page. I'm graduating college soon, and I want to be able to shop around a good resume.

Try to keep it to one page. Tailor your experience and training to the specific job you are going for.

Its not bad to have a two page resume, just make sure all the info you have on your resume is worthy. If you list things and all they do is take up space, it doesn't look good. Take your resume to an advisor or someone at your college and get them to look at it. Having an outside opinion really helps

1-2 pages is ok. But make sure you also have a cover letter explaining why you are qualified for the position.

One page, I've learned this from a pro. If it's for a government position a lot of them to cover everything you've ever done in this life.

You can fit it all on one page. I did Human resources, past 1 page (for entry level jobs) I stop reading.

One page... Maybe elaborate on the really important experience, and abreviate the not so important experience.

cover letter

body obtaining all information - including schooling, experience, contact persons for verification and references
