They should send in some Bedouins to secretly blow up the nuclear facility. They could do this secretly so they don't have to admit to it.

Develop their own. Saudi Arabia would need deterrent against the raising threat of Israel and Iran, they have the money to it 10 times over. I wouldnt bet Iran will do anything to KSA. In history of Sunni and Syiah bickering, they have always found commonality as allies and a common enemy or anyone who threatens Islam. The threat of Israeli Nuclear bombs is far more of a concern to Iran and Saudi Arabia then Irans Nuclear program.
