How can I initiate a talk to reconcile with person who is no longer talking to me?

Unless you (& only you know) there was a misunderstanding that motivated this person not wanting to talk to you, I honestly can't see why you would want to initiate anything. There's a wonderful word--mutuality. If they've chosen not to "reconcile," perhaps it's best for YOU to put it behind you. At the same time, if you have any doubts about what you might have done, it wouldn't hurt to leave a message. Many people, when they're "hurt" crawl into little shells, because they don't know how to express their feelings. Only you can be the judge, since I don't know this person.

I had just gone through this situation myself. I stopped trying after sometime, and tonight just called the person and aplogized to him for my behavior, even though it was not my fault. I can only be accountable for my behavior. I left a message, I can hope he accepts the apology, but if not, I can't do more. Its just how it is sometimes. Im sorry, give it time, and maybe it will happen.

It is very important to respect other peoples decisions about these things.
The only acceptable thing you can do is mail them a short note of apology and say that you hope they will again talk to you someday .
But never force conversation when you have been told "NO" .

begin with something simple..
like.. smile to him/her, or just say hello....

may be it's hard at the beginning, (being neglected).
but one thing that really important is....
always think positive.. :)))
