With men sodomising their partners and lesbians using strapons to sodomise their partners. Are all these actions illegal too?

Sodomy is illegal only in the states that have made it illegal in their state constitutions. Please do not refer to gay and lesbian sex as sodomy, it is not sodomy, it is sex. Sodomy refer to anal and oral sex reguardless of WHO does it. This means that a woman who gives her husband oral sex in Texas would be committing sodomy. Her actions, along with gays having anal sex and lesbians using strap-ons, are illegal in the territories that have made these these actions illegal. However, the police in those territories had a bias against gay and lesbian couples, ignoring the 'sodomy' happening in straight couples' bedrooms.
Therefore, Sodomy Laws were declared unconstitutional in 2003. Now, anal sex and oral sex are legal for all!

Sodomy laws were declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of the United States on June 26, 2003 in the case of Lawrence v. Texas.

Sodomy is not illegal in some states, contrary to what these states say. See Lawrence vs Texas.

Oh, and you forgot to include that sodomy is found in the hetero community as well.

Although a couple of other have correctly answered your question (ei, sodomy laws have been declared as unconstitutional via Supreme Court decission) there actually is ONE state which continues to IGNORE the Supreme Court decission and that is Virginia.

Virginia has a infamous history of ignoring Supreme Court decissions as well as being extremely anti-gay/lesbian.

Actually, back in 2003 the Federal Supreme Court deemed all sodomy laws unconstitutional. Now, anything goes (in the rear.)

No. After the Supreme Court decision declaring such laws Unconstitutional I believe there is only ONE state that still holds those laws. Virginia. Personally, I'd love to be arrested for that there. Lawsuits for False Arrest can be quite lucrative.

If sodomy is illegal in a state, then it won't matter whether it is between two men, two women, or a married man and his wife. Sodomy is the penetration of any object in any orifice, save a penis into a vagina. It is not gender-specific.

this is a silly question but thanks for the 2!
the "Sin of Sodom" accurately referred NOT to purely anal sex but rather to the agglomeration of ALL the unholy activities said to have occurred in Sodom and that it is thus inaccurate to imply a one-to-one relationship. Historians also note that not until the 1970s did sodomy laws concern homosexual acts exclusively. go figure.

What have you to do with legal and illegal. Go and enjoy and let others enjoy in the closed chambers or else in deep forests.Forget about law and legal. As every body does.

You do realize that sodomy consists of things other than anal intercourse, right? Basically its anything other than penile/vagina intercourse for the purpose of preparation, including for pleasure.
