What celebrity? Patrick F. McManus. He's a writer, but that doesn't make him any less of a celebrity. Probably a lot more fun to shoot the breeze with than most hollow-minded hollywood stars.
Either that or Lee Child. Also a writer.
And if it came down to having to spend time with an actor, Adam Baldwin would be cool to hang out with. Shoot some pool, drink some beer. Discuss the ways in which Jayne Cobb was the best television show character ever created.
If it was an actress... it would be Sandra Bullock all the way.

Hmm...I would have to say either Johnny depp or Garou. I like Johnny Depp's movies and could ask him a lot of things about acting and how to look for good jobs/how to do a really good audition and create a resume and just get some advice. Garou is my favorite singer I could talk to him about the music business in French.
