I do a lot with aromatherapy in the bath. Even if you don't have time for a long relaxing bath, you can use Shower Soothers and they even have a new scent Vanilla Mint which is nice. I go to the health food stores and find bath soaks, I try to buy them in bulk, a pound at a time. I also buy the Epson salts bulk and use them with the soak. You can even buy body oils bulk and you really save a lot of money doing this. One of my favorite brands is Zum. I like herbal baths and there are a lot of these around especially Relaxdepot.com. I buy some for $1.99 at amerimark.com in the beauty boutique section. I have tried a lot of relaxation techniques and this one is such a pleasure for me that I have turned it into a hobby, and make little kits for family and friends and clients. Best of bath to you!!

Back and arm massages are great, but hot baths scented with Rosemary really make the tension leave the muscles and the scent really does just relax you. Combine that with music and you are good to go, but don't fall asleep, mind you!

It depends. I have several ways.
One, is I get on here on Yahoo answers and it takes my mind off of things I don't want to stress about.

Also taking a nice hot bubble bath with a glass of wine.

Sometimes I'll watch a relaxing movie and drink a beer, then go to bed.

Usually I'm not stressed out that much though.
I do have those days. You know? You just have to find a way to unwind.

When I finally get a chance to relax, I like to take a bubble bath, with lit scented candles around the tub, and a mud mask on my face. Refreshing!lol

I love to relax after a hard day at work in a warm, lavender scented bubble bath (lavender essential oils work wonders to calm and relax u both in body and mind) with a glass of wine and a good book.

I lay in bed with the lights off and watch a movie I've seen a million times so I don't have to concentrate on following it. A nice smelling candle around doesn't hurt either.
