"G" is hip-hop slang for gangster, (also gangsta), which refers to a male or female who is able to handle themselves in the street (fight, hustle, get caught and not snitch!!) . Note: OG stands for original gangsta (someone over the age of thirty-five who has a street reputation) AND Lil' G stands for little gangsta (and refers to those under the age of thirteen who are aiming for "G" status).
