Not at the moment. The top 4 people in the line of succession (Princes Charles, William, Harry, and Andrew) are all guys, so the next monarch will likely be a king.

Not at this time, but there have been in the past and there looks to be in the future.
Although Queen Elizabeth II is married, it was she who succeeded to the throne, and when a female succeeds, her husband can only ascend to being a Prince. However if a male should become a king, his bride would become Queen. Archaic, isn't it?
