into my document to retrieve a resume , it won't let me because it says i have "dialog boxes" open. When i try to close them out it still won't let me retrieve my info. Help please?

A resume is best written on a wordprocessing program. Use wordpad if necessary. This way you don't have to download anything. Shut-down and restart anytime you run into problems you can't figure out what to do. Save the file first of course, better still, save with a new name instead.
