Without any doubt he was a despot.Even today the chilian people can't come to grips with the brutality of this regime.His crimes of torture are to grotesque to describe.His time was a continuous nightmare of rape,murder and torture.He did'nt need to get his message across.If you were foolish enough to oppose him,you simply disappeared

He ordered the killing of everybody who dared to opose him.
Chile has many martirs , killed by order of Pinochet.
Every South American with blood running in his/her veins, consider this man a monster!
