yea they might be right, every kid gets made fun of at least once in their childhood if not everyday but that name might make it worse, it is your daughter and you do what u think is right

The only thing that I suggest is to keep it short because there will be several teachers in school that will ask her to write her full name on here paper and if you are giving her a long first name along with 2 long middle names is could be very difficult for her to learn and may frustrate her too. It will also be a pain for you when you have to fill out all of the paper work with her full legal name. Just a thought. My suggestion go with the long first name one short middle name since the last name is longer too.

Maybe Guinevere Ann or Guinevere Marie

guinevere is really a good name but isn't she a bad character in the story? Maybe that will make her classmates in the future tease her. Patricia is a nice name .Where did you get Larette? It sounds really nice and unique.

my fiance and i really like the name guinever (we would spell it this way: Gwynevyr, closer to the original celtic spelling) he also like the name Percival. we both like the older names, very literary names. i've been told all of my children will be teased because i like names from literature and galic names. all i have to say to you is, don't worry about what other people say. it is your child!! i you love that name, then use it!! although it is very long, you're not going to be calling out her whole name, just guinevere, or even gwen. and i don't think there's anything wrong with either of those names!!

and King Arthur tales have some great names!!! and they're very interesting (i'm probably going to be an english major my sophomore year, and my fiance is studying medieval history in college, so we both love old tales like those!) but don't worry about what people say about her being teased. children can get teased for having so-called normal names. my name is amanda and i can't tell you how many times i got teased with my name!! just name her what you'd like to! and Congrat's and good luck!

I'm a really big fan of older names & quinevere is one of my favorites. As far as kids making fun of her, you can never predict that. Kids can be cruel & the justification of what they choose to use against eachother varies. When I was little kids made fun of me because I was part Native American & later on in grade school some thought it was clever to call me Ashtray instead of Ashley. So that's proof that even one of the most American names can be made fun of. In the end it's your decision & if she starts to not like it you can point out the meaning which might help her to appreciate it. Also, her friends will probably end up shortening it to quin, anyways.

I actually have 2 middle names. They are Danielle and Patrice. And my first name is Cassie. I'm not made fun of, of course my name is not a big a mouthful as the one you have mentioned, but I don't think it will be that big of a problem. If you think about it, the only important time any of her classmates will ever hear her middle names is at her high school/college graduation and hopefully by then, they will be mature enough to cope with the unique name.

Kids at school are not nice at all so yes but if u like the name and u name her that u just need to tell her she is special one in a million to have a name that pretty.

I don't really like Guinevere, because I don't know how to pronounce it. I do like Genevive. I hope Juracich is your last name, not another middle name. But, if she doesn't like her name, she can always go by her middle names, I do like Patricia and Larette is different, but nice enough.

That's a horrible name! My sister's name is Gwendolyn(Gwen) and she has always hated it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with long names...just the names you've chosen.

My daughters names are:
Kayla Elizabeth Marie Rollins
Sierra Mackenzie Skye Rollins

I like long names =)

It's your baby, but think of how the poor baby will feel if you call her all of that. It sounds like someone had a quilting bee and her name became a community project (no offense). I love Guinevere Larette out of all of that.

Oh dear, don't worry! This is YOUR baby, and even though there is a chance other children will make fun of her name, there is a chance they'll find something else to make fun of...
I would'nt sweat it. I have a friend named Guinivere, we call her Guin, (Gwen)- Might be easier for your daughter to learn and spell.

I wish the best for your family!!
