Well, it really depends on the situation and how you look at it. In the move THE MATRIX, Keanu Reeves experiences deja vu after watching a cat shake itself off and walk away twice. This was bad because it meant that the computer had modified the surrounding area. However, it was also a good thing because it gave them a heads up.
As for an instance, I once was hanging with some of my friends when I was caught in the middle of deja vu. The bizarre thing was that I felt I was in the middle of it and I predicted that someone would soon walk in the room as ask if we wanted any drinks and that they would make some lemonade since we were out. Sure enough someone walked in and asked and followed that sentence with, "cool, I'm wanting lemonade but we're out so I'll have to make some." It was weird but everyone was impressed.
To make a very long story short, I think it's sometimes good sometimes bad, depending on how you look at things.

Not sure about the question, but I love it, especially that feeling right before it happens where you know that something is going to happen - and then there's the part where you "I swear" too many times, trying to convince everyone else that you've seen or done whatever the de javu experience was - It's fun and a part of life that is so...different and unexpected. lol odd answer huh? ne-ways good ? if you're going in the direction that I'm thinking

I get Deja Vu all the time. It's never a good thing though, because the sensory interruption usually is due to a petit mal seizure occurring and it can lead to a more significant seizure. Although most of the time it just goes away in a few minutes. I hate Deja Vu.

For me they indicate a change in my life. From years of experience, every time I've had one there has been a change in my life about to happen. I won't bore you with details of the the most significant one. Long story. But since then I've learned to go with the flow and just see what happens. They used to unsettle me at first but not anymore.

I too study a number of those Rowlings Rags in elementary terms because of the fact my daughter study them- lower back and lower back and over. She might plow in the direction of the latest version in six hours while we offered it for her, I had to work out what i replace into lacking. If no longer the rest I even have metaphor fodder to apply on her now. I study to my boys while they have been smaller yet now we draw and write comedian books at the same time greater suitable than the rest.

When I experience deja vu, it feels like I've been in the exact same place with the same surroundings, etc. I don't think it's either a good or a bad thing...just something all people experience.
