Are you asking what happens when you put premium gasoline in a car that takes regular? If so, the only thing that happens is you waste money. If you put regular in a car that is supposed to use premium, the engine might ping and not run well.
However is you are asking what happens when you put Unleaded Regular in a Toyota Supra, the answer is nothing unusual, since that is what it is supposed to burn.

if the car requires regular and you put premium gas its just fine. if the car requires premium fuel and it gets a good dose of regular, that could either run rough or detonation could ruin the motor. the requirement for hi octane fuel comes from a high compression ratio between the piston and cyl. head. in the worst case, the pinging could pop a hole in the piston.

i own a repair shop, and it don't hurt a thing at all,you may not even notice any difference in the performance of it,i have done that a dozen times before, you might even find that it runs as good on a cheaper gas, than the expensive stuff, good luck,i hope this helps.
