My two-year old sister was bitten by our puppy, and I do not know what is the chance of her getting an infection... she was bitten because she was annoying the Lhasa Apso puppy. Our dog is up-to-date on all her vaccinations, and also has not been in contact with any other dogs. The minute after my sister was bitten, we put hydrogen peroxide on her hand and rubbing alcohol to kill the germs. (She was not bitten very deep, just deep enough to make her hand bleed a bit.) Did we react well, and will she be ok?

You'll be fine... As it's been said already, keep it clean and keep an eye on it.
Puppies bite, and their teeth are extra sharp so you have to watch playing with them. I have worked with Lhasa Apsos' before, but they were adult dogs... My grandfather had a Shih Tzu (which later came to live with us when it was like 5 years old) so I know small dogs can be rambunctious at times, any puppy (or dog in general) can be and until you have it trained it will give nips here and there... younger kids are especially vulnerable to those bites because they can't always realise when they should leave the dog alone, when it's had enough play time, or whatever... I know as I used to torment one of our golden retrievers when I was like 3 lol. One of them (we had 2, mother and daughter) was sick but I wasn't aware of it and it liked to be alone, I wanted to play with it and I used to pull on it's tail... well, she sat on me...
As I said, younger children don't always realise when it's enough for a dog.

Keep an eye on both of them and the bite mark and all should be fine.

I am sure she will be fine. You did a good job. Tell her not to annoy the puppy any more (I know this is not helpful right now).

I'm sure she'll be fine.
If you're really worried take her to get it looked at.
