Reincarnated. Yes. It is difficult for a subject in the "paranormal" realm to fulfil the requirements the scientific community demands to attach the label "proven," however, there is enormous evidence supporting reincarnation. Read up on it; it is fascinating.

Yes, though you have to be carnated first and then wait to gradually become uncarnated.
I should add that it's a terrible waste of carnations though, and illegal in most developed countries.
