All women have the ability to. Some it is harder to reach orgasm then others depending on sensitivity and the way their vagina is shaped and placement of the clitoral area.
Some women can only reach climax in certain positions, some only with toys/vibrators, some you just have to look at cross-eyed and they come to orgasm.
Every woman is completely different, but no woman should ever give up trying because it is a wonderful feeling!

Of course all women can have orgasms, as long as they have a sex drive. But many don't realize what an orgasm really feels like until they've had one.
It all depends on who's giving them the orgasm & how it's done.

Unfortunately no. There are some women for whatever reason be it physical or emotional that cannot have an orgasm

It depends on the woman, most women have orgasms and others dont. I always have orgasms, lol. Anyways, like i said, it just depends on the woman.
