What do you mean???
Long term disability leave to get well???
Or vacation leave???
Or sick time off???
Or do you mean retirement with paid benefits???
I do not understand your question...

Vacation time off and sick time off both start the year after you have been there employed full time a year...

Other benefits like disability leave or retirement take many years to accumulate your number of hours you put in over the years..
Usually and generally speaking around 20 years at the same company...

This includes your paid for benefits that the company gives you...
Like your pension or 401K...
Some other companies are more or less time, but it generally depends on the size of the company...

I worked at my job right at 23 years and I got disabled and now I collect long term disability for my back surgery I had that caused me to be disabled...

You're eligible after one year - 2 weeks vacation
After 90 days - 5 sick days/ 5 personal days and 1 moving day a year You're vested for retirement after 5 years or age 67.5
