I'm thinking about trying it, but can someone answer a couple of questions for me first?

-How much does it cost each month?
-How many movies can you rent per month?
-Is the shipping to and from really free?

Thanks. :)

The pricing structure varies, based on how many DVDs you are allowed to have out at any given time. The "normal" plan, which most people have, is $18/mo for 3 at a time. Plans are as follows:

1 at-a-time (2 a month) for $4.99
1 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $9.99
2 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $14.99
3 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $17.99
4 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $23.99
5 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $29.99
6 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $35.99
7 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $41.99
8 at-a-time (Unlimited) for $47.99

The limit to how many movies you can watch per month is based on how quickly you can get them watched and back in the mail - Netflix will immediately ship out the next item on your list when they receive one back from you (assuming it is not in high demand and backordered), unless you have the minimal plan, which is limited to 2 per month.

Shipping is indeed free - each DVD comes in an envelope that converts into a return envelope with the postage paid.

I highly recommend Netflix if you like obscure titles or the kinds of movies that probably aren't stocked in the typical Blockbuster. Foreign films, older films, etc. - there are very few titles I've wanted that Netflix does not stock. If you are into mainstream movies and popular releases, however, you might like Blockbuster better, since they offer an in-store and by-mail combination package.

How much it costs depends on how many movies you want to be able to have at one time. They have plans from as little as 4.99 for having 1 dvd at a time to i don't know how high, but a lot.
You can rent as many movies as you want per month -- the only limit is the amount you can have at one time, like I said before, so the monthly limit would only depend on how fast you can send them back and get a new one.
Yes, the shipping is free; they send you the dvds in their own envelopes with postage and include a prepaid envelope to send the DVD back in.

Plus, I believe they have a free trial for 2 weeks, go to http://www.netflix.com/FreeTrialInfo?hnjr=8 to see about it.

Edit: Oh, I didn't realize the $4.99 plan only lets you take out 2 a month. Anyway, the rest are unlimited per month.

I pay $10 for 1 DVD at a time as many as I can exchange (they have several different plans)
1-unlimited (I think)
no charge for shipping. Just put the envelope provided in your mail box. It takes only a couple of days for them to receive it depending on where you live in reference to their shipping spot. They have several over the country.
