in some cases it is, but only if it's in your lower stomach, and you should feel like a cramp on that side like when you make a quick move. But it's really not a sign. I would go by your period if you're regular, or if you feel different than usual.

one of my friend had got the same situation in nov 2006 which u describe as above...and dec 2006 she got pregnant...and the only sign which she got was the pain in her lower right side of the waist....which last just for 3-4 hours...

so it might be a early pregnancy sign ...caz every women is different

Pain, in an of itself is never considered a sign of pregnancy. If your period is late and if you have had a positive pregnancy test and this pain continues sees a doctor right away. Pain like that can indicate an ectopic pregnancy. If it continues please have it checked.

lower stomach yes~ with my second i had constant dull pain in my lower stomach before i even took a test., i wouldnt say its exactly an :early sign: but it does happen in early pregnancy~(to most ppl)...

when I am pregnant, I usually get pain on the left side, by the way 15 weeks and I did have pain on my lower left side

No, with a healthy pregnancy there shouldn't be any pain like that.

i have never had that kind of pain but have had a friend that had some pain in her pregnancy

nope. neither is a pain on the heel of your foot a sign of pregnancy.

Could be your colon having a spasm from stress. Could be a lot of things.
