I'm 16 and for the past 5 months or so, I haven't had a full, regular period. They've never been regular (I started at 13) but since November they've just stopped entirely. Last week i thought i had one, but after a day it was gone. I'm not pregnant (virgin) so what could be the problem? (I work out but not too much, and I have a BMI of 19.2 so I'm not anorexic)

Is there a change in your diet? Are you stressing over a class in school? There's so many things that can cause your period to mess up. Mine's been late for the passed 3 months...and its due to my medication i started in December. I have been regular for some time now so i know they are late.

um. i didn't have a regular one either. i am 21 and had maybe 10 since i was 14. you really should go to the doctor. there could be nothing wrong, or than again maybe there is. it is best just to know. and if all else fails they can put you on birth control to help make you regular
