Just curious why women go through the pain and effort of getting pierced in this area? There must be a good reason?

First, it's not painful. At least not the area I was pierced (hood). Second, it's supposed to increase pleasure. It works best for oral. And anyone who has one will feel that their reason was a good one. I like mine and so does my man! Don't knock it til you try it! Have fun!
