Does anyone know of any forums that allow advertisements?

I am looking for some forums that allow advertisement..... where you can directly post a url.....not just a banner or link in your sig....

Advertisers are scum. Spammers should be in jail. You can post URLs here, I do it all the time, but references, not adverts.

Basically, these days, unsolicited commercial offerings are about as welcome as bad flatulence in a spacesuit.
