Has anyone gotten pregnant on thier first try? My husband finally agreed to give it a go for a one time trial. ha Im hoping it will take as i think im ovulating today. my last period was March 1st. So I just wanted to know if it happened for anyone else that quickly so I can have some wishful thinking!!!! Thanks!

It worked that way for me! My husband I were on our honeymoon in Scotland and I got pregnant with my oldest son! Beginners luck I always said!

If u are usually pretty regular on your periods and u are on a 28 day cycle then u would have just missed ovulation,which would have been yesterday..If u are irregular or are sure u are ovulating today then go for it...Yes,I got pregnant on my first tries with my last pregnancy and this one. With my last I used the ovulation calendar at www.ovulationcalendar.com and ended up getting pregnant the day we tried...
With this baby I used www.mymonthlycycle.com and entered my info and used what they gave me,i also used the cervix position method as well. I thought i was prob ovulating so i went for it,we had sex that day and didnt have sex again until 3 weeks later,when i found out i was pregnant! So,i gfive u the best of luck trying =)
For best results,have sex missionary position..after sex lay down on your back with a pillow under your bottom with your legs straight up in the air for 15 minutes..let down your legs and clean yourself up...This one i believed helped me conceive my baby boy *last pregnancy*...good luck and let us know what the results are in 2 weeks =)

I got pregnant on my first try. I knew I was ovulating I had those weird pains in my ovaries, and we had sex and the rest is history. We just had a beautiful baby girl 6 weeks ago. I think alot depends on your age, and health but it's definately possible. Just listen to your body and go with it. Have fun and I am sure it will happen. Good Luck.

I have two children and both times I got pregnant on the first time. Some women are very fertile and others aren't. If you are hoping for a child, I am praying you will get pregnant. It's really in God's hands, if it is meant to be, it will happen, good luck.

I wasn't trying and got pregnant. If you have sex close enough to ovulation it's possible you could get pregnant the first time you try, I think it all comes down to timing. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who became pregnant the first time they tried. Good Luck!!!!

When my husband and I decided to have another baby, I had been on the pill for ten years. I got pregnant 10 days after I stopped the pill? We must have hit it right on the dot for high ovulation. Needless to say, my OB was shocked. Good luck with your try.

With the one I'm pregnant with now, it only took a month of no birth control. My last one, I was breastfeeding and on the mini-pill. Our first, we tried for over 8 years with 3 miscarriages and a still birth. So I'm saying you can never tell. Good luck!! I hope it all works out for you!!!

well i started being sexually active when i was about 17 and to me it was an ever day kinda thing but to tell you the truth I'm surprised that i did not get pregnant but i do have a lil girl now but I'm 20 so its been almost 3 years but to be on the safe side use protection

Nope :-( I have pcos so it took me 9 & a half months to conceive the little boy i am pregnant with now. I am 30 weeks & 1 day so not long left thank god!
