Where is a site?

I need to find a site that will tell me the longtitude and the Km and the minute and seconds.

Try downloading Google earth and checking out the ruler function which will give you distances in kilometres from point "a" to point "b" anywhere on the earth;

Secondly, degrees, minutes and seconds are all functions of the latitude and longitude of a specific location upon the earth. Google Earth will also tell you this.

If you need to know them for travelling from one place to another, get a Global Positioning System (or GPS as they're more commonly known now). A cheap unit giving you the basics will cost about $US200; the more fancy units can set you back up to $USD1500. They can be set up to give you the co-ordinates in the local datum - in Australia where I'm from it's the WGS84 data set - or the Lat. (Latitude) and Long. (Longitude) depending on what you're doing or needing to do. A GPS unit can also tell you the distance from point "A" to point "B" as well as a whole swag of other information.
