All dogs are more loyal than cats. Cats are too independant..male or female. I have 3 male cats and as long as they're well fed and loved on , they stay around. Mine are very loveable and prefer me to my husband. The first time you betray them..aka..smack them or whatever..they'll be less loyal...which is why they don't like my husband as much.
