I don't know..but it has lots of things that have changed..so I'd think it has historic value. Cool thing to have.

How can an OLD hammonds be a NEW Atlas 1947 in 2006?
Nobody needs an atlas in book form any more when we have the internet and can use Google maps.com.

Im sure there are colectors that would love to buy it depending on the quilty of the item. If you find a buyer, i would go get it appraised 1st, i wouldnt want to get gipped!
