Spring for the sea-salt, it's like $3 for a massive container. To use it, heat up water in the microwave for a minute,it helps the salt to dissolve easier, add just a pinch of the sea salt then dip a cotton ball and soak your piercing in it.

Before doing the sea-salt soak, you should clean your piercing with clear antibacterial soap watered down slightly...then immediately follow with the sea-salt soak.

Clean several times a day, but usually once is enough with the sea-salt soak.

Sea salt is best, but you can use table salt in a pinch...just get to the grocery store and get some sea salt as soon as you can...it works much better. Antibacterial soap might sting if it is a new piercing, so just be careful

I use sea salt for my piercings, but I don't know if you can use regular table salt. If you have any antibacterial soap like dial or soft soap, you can use that. Just mix it with a little bit of water and use a qtip to clean it. I hope this helps.

Use table salt mixed with warm water. Thats what the dentist told me once after having a tooth removed. If this fails use an anglegrinder
