Yes Mam.Here in the South we still tip our hats to the ladies and hold the doors open for them.

Yes, culture has most to do with it . The way they are reared I believe is a big factor in the differences.

Yes and no. In the south there is the image of chivalry so you may find more old fashioned men there...not sure...I'd just go with NO.
