Lots of people only speak of children bullying each other in school, but I know of lots of teachers who picked on students back when I was in school. And it wasn't that long ago. I am only 20 years old. I used to go to a room where they helped kids read and write and it was like an aid room. Well anyway, there was this teacher named Mrs. Kucik and she always singled out this kid named Kyle. I remember her how she'd yell at him for no reason and if Kyle smiled, she'd accuse him of acting inappropriately and being goofy and not taking her seriously and all sorts of stuff. Some of the substitute teachers who weren't use to her behavior were just like wide-eyed and gasped. lol! Of course the teachers that usually work in there would just accuse the child of behaving inappropriately if the other teacher had a problem with it. It's kind of funny how teachers behave that way. This teacher was such a bully. and that might be where youngsters get it from. U ever had a teacher bully? explain

YES! I had a 4th grade teacher, Ms. Lilja (biggest ***** in the world), who actually stole $10 from me! I found it in the street on my morning walk to school, and as any normal kid would do, I showed off my prize to classmates. She said to me in front of the class, "Well now, I don't think it's fair that you should get to keep that money - you would be very selfish to keep it. Why don't you give it to me so I can buy something special for the whole class?" Of course, she never did anything for anyone with it - probably went out to lunch!

And she would always pick on one kid in the class who had to go to the nurse everyday to take his ADD medication. I'm 19 now, can't wait to go back to that school someday and give her a piece of my mind... hopefully in front of a large crowd!

Yes you are right, and most of the time those children who are bullies at school grow up to be bullies somewhere else. I am pretty sure we all had some teacher or administrator that was a bully. I think that our world is filled with all sorts of people. That is what makes the world go around, and right or wrong, it is what we have to deal with.

I had one...Mr. C. He was a substitute gym teacher and he was big and fat with a nasty unkept beard. I remember him as being really mean and bossy. When he was substituting we would always play dodge ball and if you got knocked off early he would pretty much make fun of you. He ended up being the vice principal and maybe even the principal after awhile. Ugh! I don't know how.

I had this one teacher that would always misprounounce my name on purpose to make other students laugh at me. Also, when he was asking the class questions, he would always ask me the hardest question so I'd get it wrong, then he'd make fun of me.

I had the last laugh though, I made a petition about how bad a teacher he was and I had everybody in his class sign it. I handed it to the principal and that teacher was fired the next week! Shortly afterwards, one of my friends told me that he saw him driving a city bus...

Yes, once. It wasn't a regular teacher, but a sub, and might I say, the worst one ever.
It was in fifth grade for a few days. She yelled at me for no reason. She glared at students who were too quiet as if they were planing something. She spoke with a harsh voice and took favorites. She was hispanic and spoke with and accent and was particularly sensitive if someone asked her to repeat something. She would start yelling at the person and putting them down. I never understood her, and not only that, she told our teacher that we were terrible students and we got in trouble.
Pretty pathetic, huh?
