They have appeared on Coast to Coast AM the radio show from 10 pm to 2 am possibly in your city. The children (& some adults) who appear a s ghosts, were taped when they talked with the investigators. You'd have to hear the taped conversations 2 to 4 times to understand what they were saying.

These recordings are called EVPs. This stands for Electronic Voice Phenomenon.

Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) concerns unexpected voices found in recording media. It is a form of after death communication. ITC is a newer term that includes all of the ways these unexpected voices and images are collected through technology, including EVP.

I am skeptical in nature about many paranormal things, but I have heard some of the recordings you mentioned on the Art Bell show one night (while working late). One was downright spooky. A man who was wiring the house for the voices tripped on a staircase. Later, when he was playing back the tapes to see if they contained anything, there was a child's voice asking "Are you OK?" after he fell down.

I guess they could be manipulated, but most of the research teams that are doing the work are not profiting by this in the least, so it doesn't appear that they would have a motive to fake the results.

On the belief chart, I'd give this a 7 (out of 10).

Hope this helps!

I listen to Noory often. Have you not realized that these people are crackpots and he is subtly making fun of them, as Art Bell did before him?
Remember when the real Earth was doomed by the Great Galactic Overlord, and the nations of the Earth got together and built the Great Space Ark, and we all came to this new planet?
Remember we decided not to tell the stupid people because we thought that they couldn't handle it and...Oooohhhh... never mind. Yeah, I believe everything On Coast to Coast... forget about that Ark thingy...

Yes I'd believe. We used to hear children playing and laughing at the weirdest times (middle of the night) at the back of our house. We'd actually get up to see who it was. It was definitely children and we found out later that just behind us, a couple of fields away, was an unmarked children's graveyard for those who died in The Famine. I definitely believe in ghostly voices.

Those C2C shows keep me up at night. I think the people are genuine but I've always thought I'd have to record something of my own to REALLY believe. The voices are pretty creepy to me..There are some cool examples online of ppl that claim to have recorded EVP's. Spoooookey.

I do not believe that the taped disembodied voices are from ghosts. They may be real voices, but I believe it is data riding a frequency that has been received and recorded. Modern communications is wonderful. But ghosts with voices... wow... that's like pirating broadband!

Yes...they maybe believed to die. But they are alive. A renowned air force officer in the Kargil war was said to be dead but he was alive and he returned home 5 years later. Evev the death crtificate of his death had been registered.
