A 118 is at the 88th percentile. That means that you scored better than or equal to 88 of 100 people taking the test (top 12%). It is good, of course, but IQ only accounts for about 25% to 30% of how well you do in school. The other 75% to 70% is due to other factors, like motivation, curiosity and studying.

Yes, that is good. The average IQ score for everyone is 100 and considering that your 13 you are doing good at 18 points above average.

For a more serious measurement you should consider taking Paul Cooijman's tests. His tests are widely accepted in the high IQ community. I am one of his highest scoring testees. I scored IQ 177 (16SD) on LIMIT, which is the highest recorded score on that test. Childhood scores are not comparable with adult deviation IQ's. I am age 20.

100 is the average IQ at any age so, yes, 118 is good.

mine is 120, i think it is average, but at your age i think it is great. remember you can always expand your knowledge and increase your IQ!
