Why would you want to play it so loud in College Dorms that other people have to listen to it? I dont mind Car audio because that is pretty cool , But The whole cellphone thing, Ive seen females sometime just literally talk loud / yell in there phones at my college or at college dorms in the hall during the evening, and it really disturbs the quiet people who are wanting to study, or sleep for school, I mean couldnt you just step outside to talk? or is all that noise from the car audios outside ruining your conversation?

Yeah that's too bad. I think just in general (hip hop culture or not) people don't care about manners anymore...at least the college age and younger generation of today. I have noticed the same thing while in class. Nobody turns off their cell phones...a few have carried on complete conversations on the phone during a lecture hall class. And so many annoying girls talk during my class like no one else is even around. It's kind of embarrassing. All they are saying to is "Oh my God, I got so trashed last night. And on and on...." Ugggggh. I get really annoyed at people too. That's why I live off campus!
