Yes, confront him. Pick out something different about him and ask him how he would feel. If he denies that it would bother him (he prolly will) just shrug your shoulders and walk off. It will bother him he just wont admit it. Dont let it bother you honey. Boys dont mature as fast as girls, know that and smile.

I doubt very much if confronting him will help at all.
When we are different we have to understand that we will be the ones picked on. You are Indian and I am white and I have been to India and find there is the same problem there. I really have a hard time accepting that they stare at me all the time. No I am not angry or anything like that. I understand. Where I am now is the same and I am the foreigner and am the one that gets the remarks.
Have patience and do your best not to become hurt and angry. Life is seldom fare to us.

You should either confront in a mature way, by not making racist comments back but still cutting him where it hurts. Or just ignore him, act as though he doesn't exist and don't let him hurt you. I'm sorry that he hurt your feelings, don't allow someone's words to effect you, you are a beautiful person I'm sure on the inside and out, he probably has a crush on you.

I am sorry you were hurt. The boy who made the remark felt insecure and threatened by your presence. You are someone he doesn't understand and it is easier for him to pretend superiority than to accept you and try to know you. He may even admire you and be curious but he is too immature to know how to handle the situation. He hopes you will react..That would be his victory and he'd repeat the remark in order to get your reaction again, and again. It's the only behavior he knows. I may be way off in today's world but your calm assurance, your quiet confidence, your pleasant smile and lady like behavior will go much farther than trying to change this male baffoon... He really wants your attention but doesn't know quite how to get it.. Do not react to him. Think of him as something not worth bothering with until he behaves in a more civil manner.

Tell him that he offended you and ask him if he understands why. If necessary, tell him that he should not speak that way about you again. Do it with a spirit of dignity and grace. If he asks for forgiveness then forgive. If he repeats the offensive actions, then report him to the proper school authority and request that they tell him to stop harassing you. This is I think a spiritual, ethical and common sense solution.

He might not have meant what he said,or the way you are taking it. But I would definitely talk to him, keeping it inside will only upset you more, and you can't concentrate of your work, if this is clouding your head . When you finally talk to him, you will feel so much better. and let him know how it hurt you,
