Is my computer being hacked?

My firewall (ZoneAlarm) has blocked 4 attempts at connecting to my internet or something along those lines. The IP is 65.34.196.220 ...Is this person trying to hack my computer? If they are then how can I report them?

It is possible that someone is attacking you but it could also be a computer that is infected with a virus/worm that is trying to spread. What port were they trying to connect to? You can report them to comcast.. likely [e-mail] but I highly doubt it will get your very far.

There is lots of noise on the internet sometimes you just need to block and ignore them.
