when you put it on pull the part of your eye down so its not touching your eye. or pull it up which ever and let it dry for like 30 seconds then let go. and it wont smear into your eyes.

It's too messy and would just get into your eye easily. If you want a good staying power eyeliner, try MAC Fluid Line. It stays all day on the inner eye and is easy to apply.

I would not suggest it. It gets all in your eye when you try to put it on. It hurts too. Your eye gets all red and its not attractive. I speak from experience. Just use liquid on the lids and solid on the inside....

It wont stay put it is a huge mess!!! Try going right under the lid instead...and even then you need to use a good angle brush and powder....liquid is only for the upper lid I think.......

Last time i tryed that it didnt stay in on my lid for more than a half second and the rest went into my eye && everything turned black!!!
