I am *slightly* confused. you ask what are **LADY** lumps and then go on to say your SON is always singing about HIS lumps.
The only thing I can think of is that he is referring to boobs - as "lady lumps" and "his lumps" possibly being the breasts of his girlf friend?
If we had an idea of your sons age, it might have made it a bit easier - as might a little bit of context in how the song goes!

Lady lumps= boobs.. and its a song from an artist named fergie- my humps.. either hes attached to the song.. or hes really obese enough to have his own lumps and thus sing about them
