I am from Canada, but wanted to apply to some universities in USA. Do they often accept international applicants? And is there funding (tuition waivers, housing, fellowships, etc)? Or are these funds more accessible to US citizens? USA has some great schools for English, and I'd love to go to one to broaden my perspectives.

Most universities/colleges will accept international students. What sort of funding those students are eligible is another question. Many of the funding sources here come via state and federal programs - international students aren't eligible for those.

Here are some programs you can look at:

University of Pennsylvania
Stanford University
Columbia University
University of Chicago

Check out their websites. Most will have sections specifically geared toward international students.

You should look at some of the college guides - they can usually be found in large bookstores. Those will have tons of grad programs listed along with all the relevant details about applying, funding, student body.
