Right now, your cervix is very tender; sex can injure your cervix more easily while you're pregnant. That doesn't mean anything is wrong; it just means that you have the equivalent of a small abrasion. If you are feeling uncertain about it, however, I suggest that you go to your ER and be checked out; it's always best to play it safe.

Some spotting that far along in pregnancy is normal. I had it with my 3 kids. Most of the time it is nothing serious but I would call your doctor in the morning just to be safe. Especially if its just a couple drops here and there. If you experience any kind of pain with spotting then go to the er quickly! Good luck hun!

hi there.
seriously if you are worried go straight to the doctor.
i lost a baby girl at 20 weeks on the 14th august 06 and i had a lil bit spotting followed by a show... so go the doctor now if you are going 2 go into labour they can look after you at the hospital and slow things down till ots safe 4 your wee buba.or if you had sex that day or night b4 that can also cause spotting as my midwife asked me then i had the lil bit bleeding.
goodluck

Are you sure where it came from? If you have been constipated it could be from a hemmorhoid. If you are having urinary tract burning or discomfort it could be from that. Have you experienced any cramping? I would definitely phone my OB in the morning if nothing is happening now and inform him of what happened and let him decide what you should do. Good luck!

I don't know about the spotting, but I am also RH- and the shot definitely is not required until the 28th week

that happened to me but I was further along, i went to the hospital and had to have an emergency c-section b/c i was losing my amniotic fluid. They say it's not too safe after your first trimester to bleed, I would see the dr. just in case.
