Years of therapy and self help books to try and overcome the junk that gets in the way of you loving yourself!!

You are not alone. We are all "scaling the mountain of self".
Knowing that you hate yourself is a great first step! Many people don't know that or cannot even admit that. Give yourself some slack. Nobody's perfect. It takes time to grow.

Watch "What the Bleep? Down the Rabbit Hole" The message being that negative thoughts affect us chemically, physically, spiritually and emotionally. The more you think and repeat these thoughts the more neuro-connections and chemicals you make in your brain that cause and expect you to have more of these feelings. Your negative thoughts can transfer to others and attract more negative things to occur in your life. Also check out the "Secret" it explains the Natural Laws of Attraction" and how you can use it to improve your life. Both movies/documentaries explain how metaphysics/quantum physics in conjunction with biopsychology affect our lives.

Finally and most importantly check out the "Feeling Good Handbook" a self help book recommended by many physicians, therapists, and psychiatrists.

Also given the category you have posted in, I'm assuming you'restruggling with sexual identify issues of some sort? Know that God made you the way you are and loves you know matter what.
Check out PFLAG or Rainbow Counselors for more help. Do a web search.

Best of Luck!

You need to talk to someone who can help and you feel comforatble with. Like a doctor, close friend, or preferably a psychologist.
Until you can find that trustworthy person, or until you are ready to admit you need help, read a book. I'm serious. Reading helps you to escape and can be soul soothing. A novel or nonfiction. Maybe a book about someone going through the same thing, because it helps you feel not so alone.
I hope all goes well.

Talk to me and how much you hate socially active ***** in high school who never shut the **** up. I mean socially active as in higher addiction than crack. Be like me talk a little bit. OR EVEN TALK TO ME ON MSN. jarroid_0011@hotmail.com

There's no simple answer to that question. Trust me. But if you really want some help from us, you need to be more specific. It's really hard to give someone relevant advice when all we have to go on is a vague statement. Sorry, but that's the way it works. Give us some more info, then we can actually help. :-/
