The slowest must be walking.

Fastest used to be the Concorde (not counting Space Shuttles/rockets etc., which I assume are out of scope), but of course it depends on the distance. If you are going from New York to New Jersey, I doubt that the Concorde can compete with a helicopter.

The slowest may be the crawler that transports the space shuttle/rocket from the hangar to the launch pad at Kennedy Space Center. The fastest transporter may be the rocket launching the satellites from the same place.

Fastest - Rocket. If you go into orbit you can circle the earth in an hour. ICBMs (Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles) work this way.
The fastest public transport used to be the Concorde supersonic jet, but they are no longer made due to lack of demand.

Slowest - probably electric wheelchair/Segway.

For example, you can train it from NYC to Washington DC (or Toronto to Montreal) faster than you can fly.
